Instruction For Return Or Exchange

1. Any return or exchange should be in 20 business days after receiving the hair.

2. The return or exchange hair must be in original state. Not been used, permed, dyed.

3. US customer can ship the return hair to LA US. Once we receive the returned hair in LA as original state, we will issue the refund to your account.

4. Fabshaircollection will pays the shipping fee if we shipped wrong items.

5. Customer will pay the shipping fee if because of dislike / exchange.

Processing Of The Return Or Exchange

1. Contact us within 20 days if you would like a return or exchange

2. Send your order number, your name and product photo to us.

3. Our customer team will offer a return address to you

4. Issue the refund or do exchange once we receive the hair in original state.
